Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)

The Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) plan spells out the program to be followed by the Federal Courts in all matters related to employment. Topics such as practices of recruitment, hiring, promotion, advancement and discrimination are addressed. Oversight and reporting on the program's progress and successes are also included in this plan.
